s Headteacher, I have overall responsibility for Castle School. My experience of senior leadership extends over 9 years in both the primary and secondary phase. I am passionate about inclusive education and have strategically developed the hospital medical school from a part time provision to a school that is respected by all stakeholders for the excellent holistic approach to education it provides. Castle School is a unique setting and there are exciting challenges ahead to further grow and develop both the building and the curriculum. I have a proven track record of success and looks forward to this development opportunity.
