Students from Castle School were delighted to learn about the exciting opportunities available through the Rolls-Royce Skills Academy. The academy offers young people the chance to develop valuable skills in engineering, manufacturing and technology, while gaining real-world experience and industry-recognised qualifications. Programmes like this help inspire future careers, raise aspirations and show students how their learning in school can lead to high-quality pathways with world-leading employers.
