The Castle School works in direct partnership to ensure all students have access to Level 6 Careers Advisor. As impartial practitioners, they engage young people using a range of creative coaching and guidance techniques which will have a positive impact on them as young people and ultimately as adults.
Each student is provided with high quality impartial support and guidance around their next steps. Each student receives a bespoke plan with actions that are revisited each time they meet.
