Our talented students have been hard at work spreading holiday cheer in a creative and educational way! They’ve taken on a mathematical challenge: constructing stunning Christmas baubles using geometry.
Using compasses and rulers, the students are learning to construct equilateral triangles, the building blocks of an icosahedron. This hands-on activity isn’t just about crafting—it’s also helping them sharpen their compass skills, build patience and resilience, and improve their hand-eye coordination.
The result? Beautiful, handmade Christmas baubles that combine math and art into something truly magical. A perfect blend of learning and festivity!
