This model underpins access to high quality support & outcomes for students in relation to their own individual starting point on entry at Castle School. We understand the comorbidity factors that are barriers to education as well as students varied experiences of other settings. We provide three supportive pathways into Castle via a graduated response in line with the needs of the individual. Within the three gateway pathways there is a dedicated inclusion team who works with the young people and all key stakeholders to secure a successful entry into education at Castle.

Inclusion team: SENCO, Head of Virtual Learning, Engagement Mentor, FSW, Safeguarding Lead, Attendance Lead
